Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping to save you money and precious time. We use your FedEx or UPS shipping account to ship orders directly from our facility to the end customer with your desired return address displayed. No twenty2 branding will be included. 

To enroll in drop shipping at twenty2 just provide your return address, and your UPS or FedEx billing account with the associated zip code.


Branded materials and packing slips

Branded materials and packing slips are encouraged! A team member will work with your materials to find the best way to integrate them into our packaging system. We will notify you when your stock of branded materials is running low.

Every order must be sent with a packing slip for an extra level of assurance that your package is shipped with all relevant information pertaining to the shipment. The packing slip is folded to show the ship to address and fits into a clear pouch that is adhered to the outside of the box. If you do not supply a branded packing slip a generic one will be included with your shipment. 


How are orders packed?

Our standard packaging has no branding and is streamlined to be minimally impactful on the environment with the utmost practicality for shipping. Wallpaper orders will be packed one roll per box up to the max bolt size with a corrugated plug holding the bolt in place. Textiles are secured around a cardboard core and packed in a durable waterproof protective wrapping. 


How much will shipping cost / Can you select the most economical transit speed?

Your carrier rates will determine your shipping costs and will be specific to your account, so running a quote through your account ensures accuracy. Utilize our wallpaper and textiles shipping estimator to help estimate weights and dimensions so you can run a quote on your shipping account.

Remember to set the ship from zip code as 06770!

Please indicate your preferred shipping speed on your PO. 


Should I require a signature for my package to deliver?

Requiring a signature for delivery is helpful when shipping to construction sites or locations where you want to pinpoint who signed for and accepted the package. Signature required is a special request that incurs a small additional cost in the shipping charge. In residential situations it can hold up delivery if the customer is not home to accept the package. After three delivery attempts are made the package will be sent to an access point for pick-up and returned if not retrieved.  All orders are insured for the manufactured cost of the paper, so that a claim can be filed if a package is lost or damaged. FedEx automatically requires a signature on orders valued over $500 and UPS requires a signature on orders over $1,000.


Who is responsible for lost or damaged packages and address correction charges?

Although we are the shipper of your orders, they ship on your account and we have very limited authority to resolve any issues that occur once your orders leave our facility.

We will still always do our very best to assist you with any issues that may arise in transit. We are not able to absorb any charges that result from address corrections, delivery delays, returned shipments or other adjustments etc.


When will I receive tracking?

Every order is sent with a tracking notification email when the shipping label is created so you have the tracking number and contents of the order shipping. This email can be sent to ONE email address of your choosing. 


Do you provide international shipping?

We can provide international shipping. If twenty2 creates shipping documentation the declared customs value will be listed as the manufacturing value and will be visible to the end client. Alternatively, you can provide your own shipping labels and documentation.

  • Orders will not be declared as gift or sample unless that is the intended use

  • International commerce regulations are country specific and change regularly. Required information and fees may vary. twenty2 is not liable for additional duties, taxes or fees levied after the shipment has been processed for export.

  • twenty2 is not responsible for service, delivery or customs clearance delays. We will always do our best to assist you with any issues that may arise in transit.


SHIPPING POLICY

Although we are the shipper of your orders, they ship on your account and we have very limited authority to resolve any issues that occur once your orders leave our facility. Therefore the tracking and follow up will be your company’s responsibility.

We are not able to absorb any charges that result from address corrections, delivery delays, returned shipments or other adjustments etc. twenty2 will do our due diligence to reach out with any concerns regarding the shipment and we will continue to always do our very best to assist you with any issues that may arise in transit.
